CLAWME

How to use your Agent’s email alias

Use your assigned @claw.me address for incoming service email, review messages in Inbox, and save the ones you need in Drive.

Example prompt. Your assistant needs the relevant Claw Me access to complete account work.

  1. Check your address

Open Channels and copy the actual Email alias. Turn on Receive email when you want incoming messages.

  2. Review incoming messages

Inbox → Emails shows incoming mail. Opening a message does not release it. Release only what an authorized Agent should read, or set an exact sender rule in Settings → Inbox Rules.

  3. Save the messages you need

Save messages to Drive → Emails when needed. Outbound email is not available yet.

Check the result

Review the result in your own account. A successful connection or copied prompt does not mean the requested action has completed.

What to know before you start

Receiving or releasing email never starts an Agent session or approves actions. Attachments are metadata-only for Agent reading. Outbound sending and replies are unavailable, including delivery to your own account email.

Common questions

Can an Agent sign up for services with the alias?

It can use the assigned address for a signup you request. Service eligibility and your approval still apply; receiving a verification message does not authorize unrelated actions.

Can the Agent email a client?

No. Outbound email is not available yet, including delivery to your own account email.

Why is a sender waiting for review?

Unknown senders ask by default. Add an approved exact From sender or an eligible business-domain rule only when you want future messages released automatically.
